TSC Print Engine: Fast, Reliable, Programmable

The print engines of the PEX-1001 series are produced on an industrial level and therefore provide high performance. The robust die-cast housing makes the print engines very reliable and durable. The devices of the PEX-1001 series are easy to integrate and to connect well with the environment via the interfaces RS-232, USB, Ethernet, USB-Host and GPIO+Centronics. Optional WiFi and Bluetooth interfaces can also be purchased. Through TSC Sense Care, faulty printhead dots are directly detected and reported, and top and bottom black mark media are supported. Maintenance is a breeze with a convenient rear drawer, and the modular media entry design also supports quick replacement. The print modules print at speeds up to 457.2 mm/s. The label detection is very precise and even recognizes miniature labels of only 5mm in height without any problems. The print modules are mainly used in the production of automotives or foodstuffs, in transport and logistics, but also in healthcare for drug labeling.
