Technology Designed for Medicine ™
The medical device MDR® Video is equipped with a technology for capturing high-resolution streaming
Video clips in standard and special formats equipped with different modalities. The data will be in
Recorded DICOM format, sent to PACS and stored on CDs, DVDs or USB media.
Applications
The MDR video is ideal for use with C-arm, X-ray, angiography, ultrasound and
Endoscopy systems as well as vascular imaging systems. The ability to watch long video clips too
capture and transfer moving images to PACS or disk, provides benefits for many DICOM and
other modalities. So the workflows and communication in different clinical areas,
including speech pathology, echocardiography, endoscopy and radiotherapy planning. MDR
Video is a self-contained, compact system that can be easily adapted to mobile modalities, operating wagons and
Install X-ray systems.
Optimized workflows
Images can be saved to MDR Video's large internal hard drive at any time. The work processesAt the modality are optimized, as the video recording, digitization and transmission to the network
or medium in the background without limiting the system resources of the modality.
Using the DICOM Modality Worklist, entering data using the optional keyboard or reading the
Patient information from image with automatic character recognition (Automatic Character Recognition,
ACR) patient information can be retrieved from the network. The image capture can to the
Exposure control of the modality coupled or via the included medical, shielded
Pedal or the optional handset. Configurable recording modes support recording
long, dynamic image series and the capture of individual images.
A unique feature allows you to add custom text overlays
to recognize the procedures during the view. It's easy with the MDR video
to record only the clinically relevant data. This will allow you to play more efficiently
and work more productively. Pictures are automatically taken on DVD, CD-R or USB media or as DICOM Store SCU
transferred directly to PACS. When connecting a review screen, the MDR video provides an option to
Playback of the last cine sequence and a still picture function.
Investigations can be displayed on-site on the MDR or transmitted to PACS and on one
diagnostic workstation.
Highest picture quality
Thanks to NAI Tech Products' patent pending video recording technology, MDR delivers
Video digital images of unparalleled quality. All pictures are taken with high-quality video outputs
High-resolution monochrome, RGB, XVGA and high-definition video sources recorded by the modality.
The MDR video converts this information into a DICOM format for storage and display.
With accurate video digitization, the JPEG compression method
and the DICOM format provides the MDR video for a much better picture quality than S-VHS
or MPEG. This is especially useful for applications in speech pathology, cardiology and angiography as well as in the field of speech pathology
vascular and orthopedic area beneficial.
MDR DICOM image viewer
The MDR video is equipped with a powerful DICOM display program designed specifically for the
Display of moving pictures in highest resolution was developed. This will automatically be on the medium
burned and a patient index is created. With the MDR DICOM image viewer, the images on each
Windows® PC. It also offers effective display tools, such as the
ultra-fast opening and for immediate playback of clips. The MDR DICOM image viewer has intuitive
operable tools for trimming segments to the clinically relevant parts and inserting
Cine clips and individual pictures in emails, reports or presentations.
