Requesting an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization)
To initiate the return of defective or faulty goods as part of our service process, a prior request for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) is required. Returns without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.
Procedure:
Request Submission:
Please send your RMA request via email to [[email protected]].
Include the following information:
Serial number and model designation of the product
Purchase date and delivery note/invoice number (if available)
Detailed description of the issue
Your complete contact details
Review and RMA Issuance:
After reviewing your information, you will receive a unique RMA number along with any necessary instructions regarding the return and return address.
Please note: The issuance of an RMA number does not constitute acknowledgment of any warranty or guarantee claim.
Return Shipment:
Please send the affected product to the specified return address with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton.
Freight collect shipments or returns without proper labeling will not be accepted.
Important Note:
Damage due to improper transport or incomplete returns may result in delays or refusal of processing.
